1. Website operator and scope of terms

The website procalmxr.promixed.co.il is operated by proMixed Ltd, company no. 515763357 (the “Company”). These terms apply to the information website and inquiry form. Purchasing, software licensing or participation in a pilot will be governed by a separate written agreement. The site does not enable purchasing or the provision of treatment.

2. Information about a product available for purchase and undergoing continued development

proCalmXR is available for purchase and implementation and continues to develop through software updates, expansion of the content library and technological improvements. Solution specifications, availability of capabilities, languages, adaptations, scope of service and delivery dates will be defined in the proposal and agreement with the organization. The site includes images for illustration only, including AI-generated images. They do not document actual clients, patients or installations, and do not establish medical suitability or approval by the hardware manufacturer. The Company does not present on this site proof of the product's clinical efficacy or regulatory approval that has not been granted.

3. Medical information and suitability for use

The site's content is not medical advice, diagnosis or a treatment recommendation. It must not be relied upon to change treatment. Any future trial use will follow the manufacturer's instructions, patient suitability, the treating team's judgment and required approvals. The planned experience is a supplementary tool only.
