1. Who is responsible for the information

proMixed Ltd, company no. 515763357, is the website operator and the controller of information collected through it. This policy applies to procalmxr.promixed.co.il and inquiries submitted to it, and not to medical information involved in future use of the product.

2. Information provided in the form

The form collects your full name, email address, inquiry subject and message. Phone number and organization name are optional fields. A random inquiry number, submission time, consent time and the version of the privacy notice and terms are also stored. Form details are not automatically saved in the browser.

Providing details is voluntary, with no legal obligation to do so. Without the required fields, the form cannot be submitted or used to provide a response. You may also contact us by email or phone. Do not provide medical information, children's details, personal documents or payment details. The site does not offer file uploads.

3. Purposes of use

Information is used to respond to your inquiry, assess suitability for collaboration or a pilot, and arrange follow-up concerning your requested subject. It is also used to handle privacy and accessibility requests, document consent and protect the site. An inquiry does not add you to a mailing list. The site does not use personalized advertising, trade in information or profiling.

4. Technical information and form security

During browsing, hosting providers receive information needed to transmit requests and protect the service, such as an IP address, browser data and request time. The site code does not store a raw IP address in the inquiries table. To limit spam, a hashed identifier is generated from the network address using a secret key that changes daily; this reduces identifiability and does not guarantee anonymity. The identifier and counter are retained briefly, for up to 48 hours, for security purposes only.

The form uses a short-lived security token. It is held only in page memory and checked on the server. No external CAPTCHA is used.

5. Who can access the information

Inquiries are accessible to authorized company personnel for handling, and to infrastructure and operations providers for service delivery. The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, including inquiry storage in Cloudflare D1. Email and phone communications are also subject to the communications infrastructure used by the Company and the person contacting it.

Information may be disclosed where required by law, a competent authority's order or the need to examine legal proceedings, to the extent necessary. Inquiry details will not be made publicly accessible.

6. Processing outside Israel

Infrastructure providers may store and process information outside Israel; the site does not guarantee storage exclusively in Israel. When submitting the form, you are asked for explicit consent to this processing to handle your inquiry. The Company must also fulfill its applicable obligations concerning providers and transfers of information abroad; consent does not replace these obligations. Anyone who does not wish to submit information through the form may contact us by phone.

7. Retention periods

The website inquiry record is set to expire 12 months after submission. Expired inquiries are hidden from administrative access and deleted during server activity. Documents and correspondence arising from a business relationship may be retained separately as needed and as required by law. Infrastructure backups and provider logs are subject to providers' retention cycles. For continuing a business relationship, a legal retention obligation or legal proceedings, the Company may separately retain only the necessary material.

8. Access, rectification and other requests

You may contactservice@promixed.co.il or call 03-7166999 to request access to personal information under Section 13 of the Protection of Privacy Law or rectification under Section 14, subject to the law. You may also request deletion or withdraw consent; the request will be assessed according to the law, the purpose of retention and the Company's obligations. Israel does not provide a general, unconditional right to deletion in every circumstance.

Include contact details and a brief description of your inquiry in your request. We may request proportionate identity verification; do not send an identity document or sensitive information on your own initiative. Withdrawing consent may prevent further handling of your inquiry and does not invalidate prior lawful processing.

9. Cookies, security and updates

The site does not include analytics tools, advertising pixels or external video embeds. Local preferences are detailed in theCookies Policy. HTTPS, server-side input validation and restricted access to inquiries are used. No system is completely immune to faults or intrusion. The policy will be updated if tools or processing purposes change, and we will request additional consent where required by law.
