Technology as part of clinical routines
Integrating a new experience into a clinic begins with understanding the working environment: who introduces the system, where the introduction takes place and how it fits into the visit. proCalmXR is intended to fit into the existing process while keeping the relationship between the team and patient central.
Introduction and practical training
Support may include introduction to the kit, starting and stopping content, adapting use to preparation and procedure stages, and preparing the kit for the next user according to the manufacturer's instructions and facility procedures. Training and service scope is agreed with the organization.
A use configuration suited to the organization
The patient population, use environment and team's preferences influence content and system configuration choices. In an introductory conversation, you can explore the product and service options and plan integration into your facility.
Optional heart rate extension
Alongside the VR experience, there is an option to integrate a compatible heart rate watch or sensor, with a dedicated interface we developed to display the reading for the clinical team. This is an optional extension, depending on technical compatibility and system configuration. A heart rate reading alone is not a diagnosis or a sole measure of calm.
Experience developing and implementing
