A different content environment to focus on

A blood test is routine for the clinical team, but it may be unfamiliar to a child. proCalmXR offers a visual, immersive experience designed to direct attention toward pleasant content while maintaining contact with the team and parent.

The experience complements human interaction: a clear explanation, a configuration suited to the child and the ability to stop at any stage. The system does not replace attentive care or treatment.

Before and during the examination

The introduction can begin during preparation. The clinician presents the headset and explains the experience. Trial use follows assessment of individual and age suitability, in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. During the procedure, use is selected to suit the required position and access for the clinical team.

Use without holding controllers

The option to use the system without controllers allows the patient's hands to remain free. Content and controls are adapted to the mode of use, and the experience can be stopped when requested by the child or clinical team.

Suitability for your facility

proMixed supports product configuration selection and the team's introduction to the system. You can explore proCalmXR options or arrange a presentation for your clinic or hospital team.

Use is subject to the manufacturer's instructions, age suitability and the treating team's decision. The product does not replace medical treatment; its clinical efficacy has not yet been demonstrated.
